The check is done for free, if we cannot save you money or improve the terms of your borrowing we will tell you so, and nothing further will be done.

If however we can make a significant saving for you, we would expect a small fee (usually £500) or an agreement that you will sign up with our recommended alternative lender. It’s as simple as that !
